This architectural competition proposal explores how a clear internal ordering generates civic massing, structural rhythm, and spatial hierarchy. Rather than prioritizing formal expression, the project investigates continuity and legibility as outcomes of a consistent spatial and organizational logic. The visual work focuses on massing relationships, façade articulation, and circulation clarity within the broader site structure. Controlled viewpoints and balanced composition are used to communicate public character, spatial intent, and the relationship between built form and open space through a coherent visual narrative.
